Long since, VLN Endurance circuit race series have become one of the most popular events among all racer generations. Championship participation procedure is not too strict. The series is open to either low-power compact hatchbacks, or supercars such as Mercedes-AMG GT3, McLaren GT3 or Porsche GT3 Cup.

VLN Nordschleife track and GP sprint course length amounts to 24.433 km: 8 four-hour races and 1 six-hour race. One stage involves up to 170 sports cars and more than 500 pilots. Essentially, racers and teams need to hold on as long as possible and demonstrate the best possible lap time. It is the purest and cruelest battle.
