1. BG Events Captain

Your role is all about connecting with people—not just clients, but real individuals. This means embracing a warm, human-centered attitude. Be ready to approach each interaction with creativity and curiosity. You’ll need to communicate clearly: demonstrate, explain, and engage. Most importantly, bring a smile and a positive energy every time.

Here’s what we’re looking for

• Subject Knowledge: Nürburgring, Racing, Tuning
• Age: 21 - 45 years
• Education: Secondary or higher
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English
• Documents: Valid driver’s license
• Car Handling: Careful handling of sports cars
• Season: March to November
• Work Experience: Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Working Hours: Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, 8 am to 8 pm

Your Responsibilities

• Documents: Managing and organizing documents
• Clients: Assisting clients in the office
• Racetrack: Engaging with clients on the racetrack

2. BG Race Track Instructor

Your role centers on working with people on the Nürburgring race track, where an instructor is both a respected guide and a role model. You’ll need a solid grasp of safety protocols, ideal racing lines, apexes, braking points, and the technical specifications of sports cars. Being well-versed in every aspect of the Nürburgring is essential—you should be prepared to answer any question about the track and engage in meaningful conversation.

In terms of hands-on experience, familiarity with the Nürburgring is a must, along with firsthand experience driving on the track.
